Our Impact

Jump For Kids helps youth ages 5–17 build healthy habits through fitness programs, mentorship, and education.

Our trainers provide fun, structured physical education while teaching proper exercise techniques, mobility, teamwork, and nutrition.

Students train in small groups (maximum 10 per trainer) or one-on-one, gaining the confidence and knowledge to succeed in any gym or fitness environment.

Programs are offered in schools, recreation centers, churches, and parks across the community.

Fitness Consulting

Jump For Kids also supports schools and organizations by helping them create safe and effective fitness environments for youth.

Our consulting services include:

• Assistance with equipment grants

• Gym setup and facility design

• Equipment selection and training

• Staff training for youth fitness programs
